Health Alliance Connect for Medicaid program coverage will not be available after December 31, 2016.
The Integrated Care Program (ICP or SPD) is for seniors and those over 19 with disabilities who are enrolled in Medicaid, but not Medicare.
The Family Health Plan (FHP) is for kids under 19, their parents and caregivers, pregnant women, and adults who are eligible for Medicaid.
- The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services has suspended Mandatory Medicaid Managed Care in Champaign, Christian, DeWitt, Ford, Logan, Macon, Menard, Piatt, Sangamon, and Vermilion counties.
We're working with the State of Illinois to transition our Medicaid members to different managed care health plans. Health Alliance Connect Medicaid coverage will end in 2 phases, beginning in northern Illinois on October 31 and in central Illinois on December 31.
